The developer behind No More Heroes and Shadows of the Damned has announced their push into mobile territory today.  The company will be focusing on titles that will appeal to a wider Japanese market.  They have dubbed their new division within the company as the Grasshopper Social Network Service.

Grasshopper will be working with Mobage and DeNA to distribute and maintain their titles.

“Our new venture with DeNA will allow us to explore creative ways to bring Grasshopper Manufacture’s universe to a new world of players,” Goichi Suda, CEO of Grasshopper Manufacture said. “Mobage’s world-class entertainment network and the power of social mobile games will unlock new types of experiences for our fans.”
